Noelle graduated from the United States Military Academy in 1994 and spent 10 years as an Army Officer in both Aviation and Quartermaster branches. She is committed to organizing youth racing events to provide children a healthy and safe environment to develop life skills and a healthy lifestyle through Running Kids.
